Elayne Marineau is the Operations Manager at Saybrook Wealth Group. She first began working for Steve part-time as an Administrative Assistant in 2014 and continued in this role until 2016. During this time, Elayne also owned a gym and was raising her four children. She found the part-time position at Saybrook Wealth Group to be a good way to get back into the business world after a long absence. However, as her children grew older and required more attention, Elayne stepped away from the office to focus on her gym and her role as a mother.

In 2019, after operating her gym for nine years, Elayne sold the business and had the time to focus on a full-time career. She had remained in contact with Steve over the years, as he was a member of her gym, and when the opportunity arose, Elayne happily returned to Saybrook Wealth Group as a full-time employee.

Since returning to the company, Elayne has been able to build upon the skills she learned during her previous stint and has taken on a larger role with more responsibility. She enjoys getting to know clients and is passionate about customer service, as well as learning about the financial industry. Elayne is currently studying for her Series 65 Exam and plans to continue her financial education after she passes the test.

Elayne resides in Old Lyme with her husband and four children. She values spending time with her family and has several extracurricular interests, including reading, sports, and weightlifting. She is also an avid runner and her highlights include running the 2022 & 2023 Boston Marathon’s. She plans to qualify for Boston this fall and run again in 2024. Elayne is excited to be a part of Saybrook Wealth Group and looks forward to getting to know her colleagues on a more personal level.
